Import Batches

Uploads a completed dih-slide-reconciler run's three output files (.sql, .report.txt, .run.log) and walks through resolving anything the tool left ambiguous, recording where the batch came from, committing the import, and generating thumbnails for the newly-imported slides. Visible to system administrators only.
