Edit the curated stain_dictionary entries directly - canonical name, family, normalisation status, and notes. This is also where a stain combination is marked as a genuine comparison slide (see Review Metadata for what that means): set Stain family to exactly Comparison slide. Rows already marked that way are highlighted. Adding a brand-new stain term (rather than editing an existing one) still happens via the correction-review flow on Corrections.
